What are HubAds ?

HubAds are a new, patented design of Hub-cap specifically engineered not to rotate with the wheel; hence allowing advertising messages to remain upright and legible when the vehicle is in motion.

Why Use HubAds?

Q  How do they work?

A  Very simply; each hub-cap is prevented from spinning by a centrally positioned bearing and a counter-weight at the bottom. These give the impression that the wheel is not turning despite the vehicle’s motion.

Q. What are they made of?

A. The hubcaps are made of industrial-strength ABS polymer plastic.

Q. How are they attached?

A.  They are attached in the traditional manner as all non-alloy hubcaps, with a steel spring clip and forced wire retention.

Q. What sizes are they available in?

 A. Available in 13” 14” 15” 16”; check your tyre code to find the wheel size required.

Q  Are they sold with graphics on them?

A  HubAds can be supplied either with, or without, graphics.  We can create or reproduce your graphics for you; print them onto vinyl and supply HubAds directly to you; ready to be fitted onto your vehicles.

Graphic Specifications

If you are printing your own graphics, please note, the following standard vinyl materials should be used;

3M Scotchcal 3650 or 3M Controllac 180C

These vinyls will last up to 3 years.

Lamination of the vinyl will provide added protection.

13” & 14” Hubcaps; Diameter of decals exactly 270mm

15” & 16” Hubcaps; Diameter of decals exactly 298mm

All artwork should be digitally supplied in EPS format at resolutions of 300 DPI+
